               Jesus only gave “minas” to those in the first century who followed him and to no one else.  Since Jesus was given the charge over his Father’s Vineyard, he would be expected to gain an increase from this vineyard, which these disciples represented.  He would then by necessity return to these same ones to collect the additional fruit for His Father, the owner of the Vineyard.  (Matthew 21:33-44)
