               The “two witnesses” are given a grade of “C” because even though they did witness in the organization and did cause much trouble for the Governor Body yet.  They did not fully perform their work because they did not have “accurate knowledge” or Divine Truth when they preached.  So they will, after learning Divine Truth, be told to repeat this preaching assignment.  (Revelation 10:11; 11:1-3)
