              The Watchtower Society teaches that Jesus became King in 1914 but if that had not happened but had occurred in 1934 rather than in 1914, then the event that they predicted to happen did occur, although it happened twenty years later than they’d originally believed it would.  They could still be viewed as true prophets.  But of course we know that they were predicting an event that had already occurred so it was impossible that it would happen in 1914 or any other year.
