           Paul states at Hebrews 2:8 that ‘God has subjected "all things" under Christ’s feet leaving nothing that is not subject to him.’ Colossians 2:10 describes Jesus as "head of ALL governments and authority." Ephesians 1:20-23 shows that Jehovah raised Christ from the dead and seated him above every government, authority, power and lordship and that He subjected all things under his feet. These statements were made by Paul in the first century which means that Jesus was in control of everything at that time and they also support Jesus’ statement at Matthew 28:18.
