                 It has endorsed and sponsored the publication called The Report (copyrighted 1994), which is the first book to publicly identify Jehovah’s Witnesses as modern-day Israel as of 1931.  It also asserts that Jehovah’s Witnesses, as God’s Name People, are destined to suffer a spiritual fall and later, after being disciplined by Jehovah, be restored to His favor.
