               Paul specifically says “those who are dead… will rise first.  Afterwards we the living will TOGETHER WITH THEM, be caught away in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air…”  Therefore all 1^st century anointed ones ascend into heaven at the same time, at Jesus’ second coming of “parousia.”
