              We learn from Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance that the Greek word, basileus, comes from a word that could include any person in a position of power or authority either “abstractly, relatively or figuratively.”  Therefore it is a relative term and is not limited to political figures.  This does help us to understand how a religious entity could rule over “kings.”
