             We can reasonable conclude that the Greater anti-typical fulfillment of this prophetic “paradigm” situation of Micah 2:13 should be understood along these same lines.  Jehovah will used one individual to “free” his people from “Babylonish” captivity using Divine Truth just as Jesus did in the first century to “free” Israel in his day.  This one is also the “breaker” who ‘breaks open the way’ to freedom from modern-day Babylon for modern-day Israel and this “breaker” will also become the “king” over those liberated by him.  He will lead them to “Living Waters” of Divine Truth in the end.
