               The first half of this period is the forty-two months of trampling or harassment upon God’s People.  It is also called the “Gentile Times.”  (Luke 21:27)  After this period ends, a special “dead like” period, lasting three and one half years, comes upon the “two witnesses.”  When it is concluded, the work of the “two witnesses” or Reformers will end.  The “small horn” is said to have “dashed the power of the Holy Ones to pieces.”  (Daniel 7:21, 25)
