             It means that by means of Jehovah’s word through His prophet, a person can repent of his badness before Jehovah.  The one-third then will, after listening to these special representatives of Jehovah, show a repentant attitude.  The two-thirds will however, continue to support the Watchtower Society and show no repentance at all for their bad deeds.
