              Jehovah brought all the “curses” and “sworn oaths” written in the Law Covenant upon Israel for their disobedience.  (Deuteronomy chapter 28)  Those violating the New Covenant will come under even more severe punishment, that is, death in Gehenna, the “Lake of Fire” from which there is no resurrection.
