            He used terms such as “throw him into the darkness outside” or “cast them into the fiery furnace” or “assign him his part with the hypocrites.”  These phrases indicate that these ones are involved in an earthly situation where righteousness and wickedness can co-exist.  This will occur when a righteous government, an earthly government, has been established but where, at the same time, the wicked can still operate.
