                 The correct rendering of this verse shows that it is a “single” individual that is being discussed and it would rightly represent the “anointed seed” that had come from the nation of spiritual “Israel,” who would not only teach “Israel” but would also become a “light to the Gentiles.”  (See Isaiah 42:6 and 49:6)
