                Jehovah allowed the Gentiles to join Israel in order to complete Israel since only a remnant of Jews accepted the opportunity to become a royal, priestly nation.  Once the number had been reached, of which only Jehovah knows, Israel is now ready to begin acting the part of a “Priestly, Royal Nation" to all other nations.
