                The Bible, at 1 Corinthians 1:10, warns us that the things that happened to Israel are a warning to God’s servants today.  Romans 15:4 helps us to appreciate that the things written in the past were written for our instruction and to give us comfort.  2 Timothy 1:13 admonishes us to “hold on to the pattern of healthful words” in connection with this Divine Paradigm as it will most certainly be repeated in our day and time.  We will then fully understand the “good news,” the “thing heard,” “The Report.”
