           The NWT translates the Greek expression "Kat oikous" in Acts 2:46 as ‘private homes’ and not as ‘house to house.’ The context of this verse would not lend itself to such. It would mean that the disciples were going from ‘house to house’ taking their meals. So the WTS is well aware of the true meaning of this Greek expression.
