           If Jesus was going to come back to earth to do the work that he had assigned to the "spirit of truth," "Elijah," why would he say at John 15:26 that he would send ‘a helper’ from the Father and also that ‘this one would bear witness about him.’ It is not logical that he would send himself, is it? No, he would not tell his disciples that he would send someone to ‘guide them into all truth’ if he were going to do this himself. We have also learned that at the time of restoration, Jesus said that he would be "sitting down on his glorious throne." Would he leave this lofty position to return to earth to do a work that he could send someone else to do?
