           This prophet that Jehovah would raise up will be like Moses in that he comes with a covenant just as Moses did. The people must listen to him, as he is the ‘last’ prophet that Jehovah will send to them and as is shown as Acts 3:23, anyone who does not listen to him "will be completely destroyed from among the people."
