           It is not too far-fetched for Jehovah and Jesus would personify holy spirit. There are many personifications of qualities in the Bible such as the one at Proverbs 8:22-31 where wisdom is personified as a person, namely God’s only-begotten son, Jesus. He is the full embodiment of wisdom as Colossians 2:3 states. "Elijah" likewise then is the full embodiment of holy spirit.
