              The person who will mediate the new covenant, the Scapegoat Covenant, is a member of the Everlasting Covenant mediated by Jesus.  As an anointed follower of Jesus, he will remain upon the earth forever as the “spirit of truth.”  This covenant then will remain as long as he lives.  (John 14:16)
