              In 1991, Jehovah caused him to leave the organization of Jehovah’s Witnesses before they took the steps that caused the nation to break the New Covenant because of apostasy when the leadership took steps to become NGO supporters of the United Nations.  As a result he cannot be charged with this apostasy and being a covenant-breaker making him uniquely qualified to mediate another covenant or become God’s covenant to the nation.
