           It is well known that Jehovah’s Witnesses teach that Jesus came into kingdom power in the year of 1914. If this event did not happen in 1914 but did occur twenty years later, say the year 1934, then they could still be considered to be true prophets because they correctly predicted that this event would occur although they were twenty years off in predicting the time it would occur. But if Jesus did not come into kingdom power in 1914 because he was given kingship in the first century, then they are false prophets because what they predicted could never happen in 1914 or anytime afterwards. This would mean that Jehovah had not spoken to them; they are speaking presumptuously in His Name.
