               Russell believed that he had escaped Babylon the Great as it fell in his day (he died in 1916), yet the Watchtower Society, since 1963, has purported that Babylon the Great fell in 1919, then we would have to conclude that either Russell was wrong and he did not escape Babylon the Great before he died, or if he did, we would have to conclude that after his death in 1916, the organization was re-captured by Babylon the Great and held captive until 1919 when they were released a second time.
