               The current explanation of when Babylon the Great fell was not known until the year of 1963.  Yet they Watchtower Society have concluded that Jehovah’s Witnesses escaped Babylon in 1919.  Since Jehovah’s Witnesses living at that time did not know or understand what Babylon the Great was, how could they escape something of which they had no earthly idea or clue of its identity.  One cannot take effective steps to get out of something unless he first knows what it is that he is escaping.  Since Babylon the Great is a great “mystery” or “sacred secret,” Jehovah’s Witnesses are in danger of deceiving themselves with “false reasoning.”  They must keep in mind that Babylon the Great would not be understood until the “time of the end,” and not before.   (James 1:22; Daniel 12:4, 9, 10)
