                After the “Great War” ends, there will be only one kingdom that will control the world scene and that will be the king described in Daniel 8:23 as a “fierce king.  He will also, in harmony with Daniel 11:30-32, act the part of the King of the North, who will lead “those acting wickedly against the covenant” into complete “apostasy.”
