             The “pains” and “agony” that she experiences to give birth are the troublesome times she is going to experience.  Many in the organization see the need for “reform” in the leadership of the organization especially in light of their becoming NGO Supporters of the United Nations secretly for nearly ten years.  Jehovah causes these upheavals or “pains” and “agony” so that this woman will give birth to “His son,” that is, the “Male Child.”
