             The “tail” of the dragon pictures the Governing Body of Jehovah Witnesses that Satan fully controls.  The “stars” are the elder body among Jehovah Witnesses.  These elders are dissatisfied with recent decisions made by the Governing Body for directing the congregations and find that they can no longer continue to support these leaders.  They believe that reform is needed at the top level of leadership.  The Governing Body, as the tail, will take action against these elders in the form of discipline, by removing them from their positions of oversight.
