              God’s people today have broken His covenant and are in need of deliverance.  Jehovah has chosen to use an arrangement described in the Mosaic Law and enacted each year on the Day of Atonement by the nation of Israel.  This MEANS of atonement, the scapegoat arrangement, is described at Leviticus 16:5-10, 20-22.
