Answer #18
The ‘second lamb’ that was waved then pictures a modern-day messiah who will liberate a modern-day "Israel" or the ‘second leavened loaf’ from apostasy to Jehovah. They can afterwards be waved or presented to Jehovah in a communion offering for acceptance by Him in symbol of peace between this modern-day Israel and Jehovah. Although he is a sinful descendant of Adam and Eve, he has been justified or declared righteous before God and therefore can be used as a ‘sacrificial lamb’ to redeem Israel from sin. He is considered ‘guiltless’ before Jehovah and thus has experienced a true anointing as a ‘spiritual son’ of God while on earth.
