           Jehovah provided much needed information about how he would deliver His people and had it recorded in the Mosaic Covenantal Arrangement. We need to turn our attention to it in order to understand how Jehovah’s Great Wisdom comes into play in handling this affair. Revelation 15:3 refers to this covenant as the "Song of Moses." In the Law Covenant, much is written concerning the concept of dual messiahs being sent by Jehovah. The Scapegoat Covenant will be established on clear principles as laid down in Leviticus chapters 14 and 16.
