      The Watchtower Society teaches that if the congregations are not kept clean, then the flow of holy spirit would be impeded or even completely removed from them. (1 Corinthians 5:5) One of the ways that it can be kept clean is to report all wrongdoing so that it can be dealt with. (Leviticus 5:1)
