               The 5/1/97 Watchtower states that any religious organization that gives active support to the United Nations have made themselves a part of Babylon the Great of Revelation 17:5.  The 4/1/04 Watchtower states that the “mark of the beast” identifies the bearer as one who gives worshipful support to the political systems of the world.  The 5/1/99 Watchtower identifies the United Nations as the “Disgusting Thing” of Matthew 24:15, 16.
