               After so many inquiries by Jehovah’s Witnesses, the head of the Department of Public Information issued a statement that revealed that the Watchtower Society was fully aware of all requirements for being an NGO as these requirements had not changed since their inception.  So, they cannot say that were ignorant of what they were agreeing to.
