               They wrote the Branch Offices that the only reason they took this step was to obtain a “library Card” so that they would have full access to the United Nations Library’s services.  This lie shows them to be unrepentant wrongdoers.  They have refused even to this day to be honest about this matter with the rank and file of their organization.
