           Ezekiel 45: 18-20 has to be describing conditions that exist on the earth and this before the thousand-year reign begins. During the thousand-year reign the people will be perfect and so will not make mistakes or be considered experienced. But in this future temple, Jehovah allows imperfect humans to officiate in a priestly capacity, carrying on acceptable worship in His earthly temple, yet they can make mistakes and He is willing to atone for these errors.
