         The article makes the point that all twelve tribes were represented at the inauguration of the rebuilt temple because Ezra 6:16, 17 records that "twelve male goats were offered as a sin offering for all twelve tribes of Israel."  They also noted that after their return from Babylon no reference is made in the later scriptures to any division of the nation.  But as we will discuss next, they failed to consider a prophecy recorded in the book of Zechariah.
