A YORWW Congregation Circuit consists of:
2,000 Bible Study Members (total membership from 10 Intimate Groups)
100 Bible Study Groups (each group totals approx. 20 YORWW members)
100 Bible Study Servants (Greek: Diakonos or servant for BS Group leadership)
10 Intimate Groups (Intimate Group membership totals approx. 200 each)
10 Intimate Group Visitors (Greek: Episkopos or "visitor" who provides leadership for 10 Intimate Groups)
1 Circuit Visitor/Servant ("Male Child" or "Four Living Creatures" member, who visits each Intimate Group Visitor/Servant once a quarter)
The Circuit Visitor/Servant [male or female], will be the Primary teacher & Shepherd within the 10 Intimate Groups assigned the Circuit. The CV will visit all BS groups within a Intimate Group within a 1 week period during their stay. While visiting the CV will become the primary shepherd & teacher of the Intimate Group served.
The Circuit Visitor/Servant will most certainly possess the necessary spiritual qualifications found at 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9, and 1 Peter 5:2, 3 and will always demonstrate these while carrying out their duties and in being "an example to the flock." The CV will make 1 visit per BS group as primary shepherd & teacher each week. During other free time throughout the week, the Circuit Visitor/Servant along with the IGV, will engage in teaching, making shepherding visits and providing personal attention to the flock, caring for the spiritual needs of the Intimate Group as a whole. -- Acts 20:19, 20; 1 Thess. 5:12, 13; 1 Timothy 5:17, 18
The Circuit Visitor/Servant will prove to be a full-time position with financial compensation provided from the headquarters of YORWW to care for the domestic needs of this full-time minister of God. (See 1 Corinthians 9:6-10, Galatians 6:6.) This full-time minister will receive 2 weeks paid vacation each quarter, that's 4 times a year, (normally weeks 11 & 12 of each quarter unless otherwise noted). Additionally, the Circuit Visitor would receive 1 paid week to attend a special meeting prepared especially for all Circuit Visitors around the globe at the World Headquarters Home Office, once a year for specialized training, instruction and for their spiritual encouragement and upbuilding. By authorizing this unique arrangement among God's Name People, the Modern Day Servant will fulfill a unique prophecy found at 1 Samuel 2:35, 36.
