You are correct in assuming the two (2) "prostitute" sisters of Jerusalem shown in the 16th chapter of Ezekiel, who are not in the holy covenant of God, would picture individuals who are OUTSIDE the nation of Israel. You are also correct in assuming these individuals represent religious organizations that do not have Jehovah's Favor, at the time of Israel's inspection. However, it would be incorrect to assume these individuals spoken of in Ezekiel 16th chapter, would make up the priestly nation of the 200 Million...that will lead the world in righteousness, as future "Kings" & "Priests" before Jehovah, and make up the royal government that will rule the earth. -- Revelation 5:9, 10
This is because God holds out the hope for them to become "Abrahamic" People, individuals [or "nations"] who will benefit from the promise to "bless themselves" by their obedience to Israel. -- Gen. 22:18; Isaiah 2:2-4
So what makes Jehovah's witnesses any different from all other religious organizations, that God could bestow this great honor upon them?
Ezekiel 16:60 shows Jehovah is going to award the "prostitute" city of Jerusalem with the
"INDEFINITELY LASTING COVENANT". But, why would Jehovah do this, since in
verse 59, he emphatically stated this particular "prostitute" herself, had "broken his oath, His covenant."
Further, Jehovah said in
verse 61 of the 16th chapter of Ezekiel, He would give these other two (2) "prostitute sisters" to Jerusalem as "daughters" or subordinants to Jerusalem. Again, why?
Well we would have to admit, this would not be due to the fact that the nation of Israel [or Jerusalem] kept the "covenant" faithfully to God's satisfaction. Especially since Jehovah openly acknowledges Jerusalem is to be found a "prostitute" herself, when she is inspected in the last days, as noted in
verse 61. No, she did NOT keep the covenant herself, and was found UNFAITHFUL by God, during her time of inspection.
So the real answer as to why Jehovah takes this action and gives the 200 Million individuals of faith to Israel, must lie in this powerful fact:
Since Jehovah sees these organized religious groups (including Jehovah's witnesses) as being "prostitutes" before Him, what will make the decisive difference to receive the 200 Million Blessing, will be the "Male Child" repentance, that really "saves the day," as it were. It will be the collective, repentant efforts of the "Male Child" that will tip the scales in favor of Jehovah's witnesses, since they have broke away from the apostate nation of Jehovah's witnesses and have been willing to clean themselves, purify their "gift offering" before Jehovah, so that they can finally become acceptable to Him. No other religious group can claim to have done this, or had a breakaway group from themselves to have ever done this. These ones (Male Child) will seek for Jehovah diligently, after leaving WTBTS, until they find him, repent and finally accept the new "Messenger of the Covenant" that God has sent to them, to clean them up before Him. -- Malachi 3:1-5; Revelation 12:5
After the Male Child repents of these acts of "Prostitution", then forgiveness is granted Israel, and appropriately Jehovah nexts cleans up the Male Child (purifies them), then He allows them to collect the 200 Million Individuals of faith, who have never committed to any religious organization before. -- Isaiah 65:1; Isaiah 66:18, 19
