To provide a quick, short answer to your question, specifically speaking of the YORWW Congregation, I will state the following. If a person who is a member of the YORWW Arrangement began an unrepentant course and practice of gross sin, and could not be reasoned with by any means, then this one would be expelled from the YORWW Congregation without hesitation, just as Paul recommended at 1 Corinthians 5:11-13.
