Of course, it was also brought up about the WTS investments with Rand Corp and the Altria Group, parent company of Phillip Morris:

Phillip Morris is known as a tobacco company. Kraft foods is the largest food company in North America. Would you invest in Kraft? If you said "yes," then by doing so, did you also know that the Altria Group(MO), parent company of Phillip Morris, owns roughly 85% of Kraft(KFT)? Prior to 2001, if you wanted to invest in Kraft, you had to buy MO stock.

Ask any witness if they buy these brands:


Kraft
Jacobs
Maxwell House
Milka
Nabisco
Oreo
Oscar Mayer
Philadelphia
Post
Tang

If they do, then they are contributing to the worldwide growth of the Altria Group, parent company of Phillip Morris. If it was a well known fact that if a well-known apostate owned, let's say Coca Cola, do you think witnesses would buy Coke? Of course not! Why not? Because the Society would come out and flatly say that to buy Coke would show support for this well-known apostate. (c'mon, you all know this would be true - look at what they have said about certain genres of music) So if witnesses are buying Kraft food products, then they are surely supporting Altria, owner of the largest tobacco brand in the world. But witnesses will never look at it in that way.

So far, we've found out that the WTS owns a considerable amount of stock in Rand Cam corp., a military contractor. They also own stock in Phillip Morris.

Do you think Jesus Christ left instructions for his followers to take the Brother's hard-earned money that was donated for the "world wide preaching work" and invest in Phillip Morris, Nabisco, Post, etc...???

Funny, with all these billions of dollars, the WTS cannot even put their books in hard covers of late. Let alone, building a new house for any of the brothers in New Orleans without having them sign over the insurance money for the lost homes. Or building Kingdom Halls for poor congregation.

Here is an example of where money could have been spent on the Brothers in Mozambique for a few Kingdom Halls:
